Clay is the Founder of Abode Homebuyers. He has been acquiring and managing single-family & multifamily properties full-time since 2009. Clay began his career as a real estate agent and broker more than a decade ago and shortly thereafter moved into the acquisition and renovation of both residential and commercial projects. He has started various successful startups in the real estate industry as well as the food & beverage industry. He has been involved personally in over 700+ real estate transactions. He has a beautiful wife and 5 amazing children that keep him busy. Clay holds a BS from the University of Utah.
Lyndon Dangerfield

Lyndon Dangerfield is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, sales management, and entrepreneurship. Tyson has spent the last 8 years in direct-to-consumer sales, managing high-performing teams in the door-to-door space before transitioning into real estate. He is also a licensed real estate agent, with a growing focus on creative solutions for sellers and buyers. Tyson graduated from Utah Valley University with a major in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, podcasts, and spending time with his wife, son and dog.
