Clay began his career as a real estate agent and broker more than a decade ago and shortly thereafter moved into the acquisition and renovation of both residential and commercial projects. He has started various successful startups in the real estate industry as well as the food & beverage industry. He has been involved personally in over 700+ real estate transactions. He has a beautiful wife and 5 amazing children that keep him busy. Clay holds a BS from the University of Utah.

Lyndon Dangerfield

Lyndon Dangerfield is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, sales management, and entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, he has honed skills in client relations, property tours, contract preparation, and negotiation. His leadership roles as Sales Director at Lit Living and Regional Sales Manager at Walker Edison highlight his expertise in team development, strategic growth, and international partnerships. Lyndon holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and is a licensed real estate professional with a strong commitment to business development and sustainability. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters exploring the many wonders of Utah.

Tyson Larson

Tyson has spent the last 8 years in direct-to-consumer sales, managing high-performing teams in the door-to-door space before transitioning into real estate. He is also a licensed real estate agent, with a growing focus on creative solutions for sellers and buyers. Tyson graduated from Utah Valley University with a major in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, podcasts, and spending time with his wife, son and dog.

He holds an active real estate license, understands local market insights, and earned an M.S. in Resilient and Sustainable Communities with a focus on home efficiency and design. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing and watching sports, and being with his wife and 2 young boys.

Briana has over four years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a Realtor in Chicago before moving to Salt Lake in 2025 to continue growing in the field. Over the years, she has developed a passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Her experience working with a variety of clients has given her a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Outside of work, Briana enjoys exploring the outdoors, hanging out with her dogs and spending time with friends and family. She’s always up for camping, fishing, hiking, or checking out new local restaurants.
